FREE Delivery on orders over Rs. 450.
Most products are expected to dispatch within 2 working days, however, we may take up to 7 days for popular soaps due to unavailability. Your order will be delivered in 6-8 working days after dispatch. If we are unable to dispatch the order in 20 days due to any unforeseen reasons then the order will be automatically canceled and the refund will be initiated. The refund should be in your account within 15 business days once initiated. Feel free to write to us at in case you don't receive the credit after waiting 15 days.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above Rs. 450. All other orders will pay additional Rs.49 shipping at checkout. We are offering express shipping(3 business days) at no extra cost at the time of the year. Include this in notes while placing an order, or you can write to us @
You will receive an order tracking number and provider details in your email once the order is shipped. We expect customers to keep track of the shipment arrival date and be available to sign the parcel receipt. A customer signature is required to receive the package. In case of failure, redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for redelivery.
Note - Delivery timescales are estimated and could vary based on several aspects. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes. Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries in India.
We are in business in India only and do not support international orders as of today.
Tatvika will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbor.
You may choose to pick up an order yourself from our office located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Please email us at with your order confirmation number and we will inform you once the order is ready for pickup. All orders are required to be picked within 2 working days once ready. In case your order is not collected then we will either mail the order to the address mentioned at the time of online purchase or cancel the order. We will email you the decision.
Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 10.30am to 6.30pm, Monday - Friday (exclusive of Public Holidays).

All the purchases will be non-refundable. We recommend the user to read terms and condition before purchasing. All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

Cancellation by Customer
You have changed your mind after placing an order. Don't worry. A pre-paid order is subject to a full refund if canceled within 2 hours. All other pre-paid orders can be canceled within 24 hours, however, the customer has to bear the shipping cost if the order is dispatched by that time; remaining balance will be credited back to your account. Cancellation by Tatvika
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel such as out of stock items, error in an order form or pricing information, or payment collection problems. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order. Sometimes we may also require additional verification information before accepting any order, failing to complete the verification will result in order cancelation.
We will inform you via email or phone if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Canceled orders are subject to full refund, the said amount will be reversed in your account if paid via card otherwise we will contact you.
The customer agrees not to dispute the cancelation decision made by Tatvika and accept the decision.
We do not provide a refund to any product purchased at Tatvika in any situation. If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, write to us within 7 days after receiving and send it back to us with your order confirmation number. Once received we shall send you a fresh piece or email you the voucher code to be used in next purchase. Please use a pocket-friendly courier service to send the product back as it will be paid by the customer.
If the product is found used at the time we received then no replacement will be initiated.
If you are not the intended recipient of a product, send it back to us and we will refund your courier charges.
